Schroder Unit Trusts Limited will amend the investment objective and policy of the fund with effect from 23 October 2017.

Summary of the changes:
The following changes will come into effect on 23 October 2017:
- The fund's investment objective and policy will be revised making the language used consistent with other funds in Schroders' UK fund range
- The investment policy will be updated to state it holds a concentrated portfolio typically consisting of between 40 and 50 stocks
- The investment policy will remove the reference that specifically relates to investment in large and medium-sized companies.
There is no change to how the fund is managed. The wording change does not impact existing holdings.
