Changing the Policy

Q Can the policy currency be changed to another currency once it's been issued?

A No. US dollars is the only currency option available.


Payment Methods

Q I would like to pay my premiums by credit card. Are there any additional charges for paying by this method?

A No. Unlike some life companies who charge an additional 1% per each premium paid, we apply NO additional charges for paying by credit card.


Q What is the minimum payment term?

A The minimum term is 5 years.


LifePlan Lebanon Benefits

Q How are the benefits paid for?

A Benefits are paid for through the cancellation of units, and are taken on a monthly basis in advance.


Q What is the maximum level of life cover available?

A The maximum is USD7,500,000.


Q What is the maximum level of critical illness cover

A Total critical illness cover is limited to USD750,000.


Q Is there a maximum amount of total benefits?

A Yes. The value of all benefits cannot exceed USD7,500,000.


Funds

Q What charges are applied to the underlying funds that I can invest in?

A The fund range provides you with access to direct funds without any initial charges or bid/offer spreads. The only fund charge applied is the underlying annual management charge of the direct fund itself.


Q Who is responsible for my fund choices?

A You or the company you nominate to act on your behalf. RL360 does not provide investment advice and will not provide you with guidance as to which funds are suitable for you.


Online Service Centre

Q Is it possible to make fund switches online?

A Yes. You can make switches online as long as you are registered for our Online Service Centre (OSC) and have the necessary dealing authority.
